After you have dropped off your return parcel, you may track your parcel by keying in the tracking number on USPS or UPS,
Australia Post, Royal Mail or DPD, depending on what you have selected initially upon registration.
For US, Australia and UK - If you would like to cancel your return and request for a refund of the shipping fees, simply drop us a message at shippinglabel@returnhelper.com for a refund within 7 days after the label creation to cancel your return. Kindly note that you'll be required to pay for the shipping fee for your return parcel to be sent back to you.
For all other countries once item is collected we cannot cancel the return process.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. - Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your email wishing to cancel the order, if it is within the approved timeframe and the item has not already been shipped. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement should the item have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
- In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Goods still have ALL original tags
- The Goods were not worn, used, tampered with or damaged
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods that have a final price that is discounted in any way cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. If you qualify for a return, we will send you the address for your return based on information you provide.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
