Return Instructions for International Orders.

Pack the item(s) in a parcel. Our returns policy is to be received within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Returns fees costs depend on the rates provided by DHL starting at $30USD and higher depending on the weight of the package and where you are. You'll receive Store Credit or refund into your account within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your parcel and it is approved by our team.

Returns must be delivered back within 28 days from the date of delivery.

If approved a shipping AWB will be emailed to you for your use.

Store Credit or refund into your account will be processed within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your parcel and it is approved by our team.

*For return orders, you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred. It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. It is at your own responsibility if you send without our approval.
