Return Instructions for International Orders.

Returns must be received 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please read and confirm that your item(s) is eligible for return before proceeding with next steps.

Returns fees costs depend on the rates provided by DHL starting at $30USD and higher depending on the weight of the package and where you are.

You'll receive Store Credit or refund of *your item only* into your account within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your parcel and it is approved by our team.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns must be delivered back within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Step 1
Read our returns policy. If your items are eligible for returns, pack the item(s) and their original packaging in a parcel. 

If an item that is not eligible for return is sent back, the customer is responsible for collecting their item(s) from Innika or our third party warehouse at their own cost, so we urge you to check the return terms before sending.

Address: Kindly list your address details.

Step 3
We will respond accordingly depending on the return request within 4-7 business days. Please be patient as we are a small team.

Step 4
If the item is eligible for a return a shipping AWB will be emailed to you for your use.

Step 5
Store Credit or refund into your account will be processed within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your parcel and it is approved by our team.

*For return orders, you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred. It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. It is at your own responsibility if you send without our approval.
