How do I track my returned parcel?

After you have dropped off your return parcel, you may track your parcel by keying in the tracking number on USPS or UPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail or DPD, depending on what you have selected initially upon registration.

I no longer wish to return my order, can I cancel my return and request for a refund of the shipping fees?

For US, Australia and UK - If you would like to cancel your return and request for a refund of the shipping fees, simply drop us a message at shippinglabel@returnhelper.com for a refund within 7 days after the label creation to cancel your return. Kindly note that you'll be required to pay for the shipping fee for your return parcel to be sent back to you.
For all other countries once item is collected we cannot cancel the return process.
