Order Status

You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

These are the stages your order will go through and the notification you will receive: Bought: your order has been placed successfully.

Sent: your order has already left our premises. Delivered to customer: your order has been delivered.

Order Modifications

After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details.Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation. You have 8 hours from order confirmation to email us. We will endeavour to respond to queries where possible.

Delivery Methods & Costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas, and sales periods.
Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Split Orders

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, check the Origin tab on each product page where you will find the shipping location.
